I am a former data scientist and analytics leader turned hospitality owner and operator.
I have built and operated six vacation rentals and spent years figuring out what actually works, from concept and construction to operations and marketing.
I created Unique Stays to help hosts build profitable unique stays without having to learn everything the hard way.

The construction brain behind everything we build is my husband, Rod Malyshev.
